Stage book is available on this CD-ROM. Navigation aids are available
on the right side of your screen and/or on the bottom of every page
that will allow you to access the Book Text
Table of Contents (TOC
or Book Text), a Search
option, the Welcome page, the CD
Supplements, a comprehensive Site
Map, and other high level information at any time. On every
main page and subsequent pages there will be suggested links within
the text and/or at the bottom of the page. The color scheme of this
CD-ROM is designed to help you navigate through the information. Text
or titles in purple indicate
links or information that is only available on this CD. Blue
or red links or titles indicate the
book text or sections.
You may search the CD-ROM by choosing the link to the Search
page. This CD-ROM is created with a combination of Web-type pages (HTML)
and Adobe Acrobat Portable Document Format pages (PDF). The majority
of the information is HTML and your Web browser allows you to read and
search the HTML documents.
You must have Adobe Acrobat Reader with
Search to read and search the PDF documents. If you do not
have the Reader with Search, you may download
it from this CD-ROM. Throughout this CD, the PDF documents are indicated
(PDF) for your convenience. The Search
page will take you to a full list of documents
in PDF.
All video files included on this CD-ROM are MPEG-1 format and should
play back in a standard media player provided through your operating
system. Macintosh users may need to download the Sparkle software or
QuickTime 4 to view the MPEG files.
